So You Tube are now allowing the upload of fifteen minute videos - this is great news for us at Mind Space as many of our guided meditation are fifteen minutes long, which has meant that we have split some of them so you can access and enjoy.
Things have changed now and we uploaded today the full Guided Meditation and Visualization - entitled 'Your Blue Sky'.
We can talk about it later but meantime here it is for you to enjoy:
