meditation for busy people - part 2

so the busy person can meditate. like anything it depends upon motivation and the power of the decision from the outset. where does this decision come from? it comes from contemplating the great benefits that will arise in our life and how these benefits will affect every aspect of our existance.

some of the benefits of meditation are well know such as the classical tonic for reducing stress. when we can reduce and manage our stress load that we are far more creative and constructive - our thoughts are sharper and more focused - the next few entries will look in details at how meditation can help specific members of the community and links to direct testimonials from individuals in these fields. enjoy.
